I never ate a vegetable I didn’t like!  (I even eat lima beans—when they are in beer sauce….)  Thank goodness there are SO many of them—surely you have a favorite—mine is fresh, perfectly prepared string beans with butter.  Eat leafy greens for great bowel motility and bile flow:  kales, collards, sorrel, dandelion greens, chards, lettuces—the greens of root vegetables:  beets, turnips, kohlrabi, radishes.  There are many yellow vegetables toward the winter months to help us see in the dark, and in the summer—vegetables that refresh us!
