Preparation:
1 bunch Chinese Mustard Greens (gai choy) washed
Steam. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
Dressing: 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon Ponzu or Tamari (get at Korean or Japanese grocery)
Mix with fork, add Chinese Mustard Greens and coat with mixture.
Energetics:
Rich in vitamins and calcium, astringent. Aids Lungs, regulating respiration; reinforces the Stomach function, helpful in cases of low appetite. Promotes blood circulation. Clears cold and phlegm. Good for relieving cough and stuffiness in chest
