Heart Pressures Release

Helps to evacuate stored emotion, calms the heart and mind
Helps you to fall asleep, go back to sleep.

Place a fingertip on the middle of the sternum, midway between each vertical end or sore spot on sternum.


Breathe fully, slowly throughout the exercise, doing the exercise slowly, in time with your breath.
Press down increasing the pressure incrementally for a count of 5.
Release the pressure.

Make a circular motion with your fingertip (do not draw a circle),
increasing the pressure with each circular movement for 5 circles/breaths.
Hold fingertip still for 5 counts/breaths.

Continue this circular direction and easy up on the pressure less and less with each circular movement for 5 circles/breaths.

Make a circular motion with your fingertip in the opposite direction, increasing the pressure with each circular movement for 5 circles/breaths.

Hold fingertip still, maintaining pressure for 5 counts/breaths.

Continue this circular direction and easy up on the pressure less and less with each circular movement for 5 circles.
Hold fingertip still for 5 counts/breaths.

Place 2 fingertips, one above, one below the pressure spot and spread fingertips vertically away from each other 3 times.


Place 2 fingertips, one on each side of the pressure spot and spread fingertips horizontally away from each other 3 times.

Note:  If you do this exercise in bed and fall asleep “half way through” stay asleep. Do not “wake up” to finish the exercise. Your body went into a deep healing process that resulted in sleep before you finished the circles: stay asleep.
