Leaf Lettuce with Mom’s Milk and Vinegar Sweet Dressing
red leaf lettuce : torn into bite-sized pieces = 2 cups
1/4 cup half and half or almond milk
1 Tablespoon flavorful vinegar
1 Tablespoon date syrup (or maple syrup or honey)
In bowl: mix the milk, vinegar and sweetener. Add lettuce and mix.
