Foods and herbs nourish us as well as help us to maintain harmony and health.  By simply eating seasonal whole, organic produce and grains and responsibly raised meats we are fortifying our bodies and spirits.  I have created recipes which combine specific foods and Chinese herbs so that their inherent energetics support health and well being throughout my own healing journey.  I now share them with you.
