Breakfast

Breaking your fast with food that is warm, wet and cozy, eases your digestive system into its day, without chilling it as cold or raw food will.  Many recipes can be made overnight in a slow cooker—hot and ready to eat.   The food that you consume first thing in the morning will set your palette for the day and direct the intelligence of your digestive system to serve you well.  Eat all of your meals at the same time each day finishing your last meal while it is still daylight—by 7 pm, for best assimilation.
