Cardamom Pear Pie

9”pan
350 degrees for 30 minutes

Preparation:

Crust: mix dry ingredients   
2 cups milled to powder pumpkin seeds
3 Tblsp melted coconut oil
1/3 cup flaked coconut
salt
                                                                

Filling, mix with spoon:
2.5 pounds pears:  chopped
1/3 cup dry mulberries (soaked/drained)
3 T. dry goji berries (soaked/drained)
1 tsp. freshly ground cardamom  

Mix crust:  everything should stick together, if not, add a splash of water.

Use coconut oil to oil 9” glass pie pan (metal pie pan: the crust may burn).  Cover hand with plastic bag or wet hand with water and press “crust” into bottom of pan.

Put filling into pan.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in center of oven.
