Swiss Chard Cheesy Casserole

6-8  servings
350 degrees 50 minutes

Preparation:

Swiss Chard Stems  –  5 cups, chopped
zucchini  – 2 cups, grated  (2 medium zucchini)
1 egg
1.5 cups half and half
¼ cup flour
3 oz feta cheese
nutmeg

In casserole dish:  coat dish with oil:  place vegetables in dish.  In bowl:  beat egg.  Add 1 cup of half and half.  Grate nutmeg on top.  Mix.  Shake flour into ½ cup of half and half and mix well. Add to egg mixture. Pour over veggies.  Push vegetables down with the back of a large spoon.  Crumble feta cheese over surface. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
